VIP Memberships

Our VIP memberships offer patients rapid access to our team of Doctors for general medical consultations.  Wherever possible we will arrange an appointment for you within 24 hours of your request.  Members also receive a discount on a variety of chargeable services.

In response to patients' varying needs we have 3 types of membership:

VIP12 is for patients looking for access to our service and is best suited to people who feel their needs can be met during our standard Surgery Opening Hours, or who live too far from our surgery to benefit from home visits.

VIP24 is for patients looking for exceptional GP support both during and outside our Surgery Opening Hours, providing 24/7 cover along with the ability to request home visits*, and immediate access to telephone advice and support around the clock.  *within a radius of 15 miles from the surgery

VIP24+ is for patients aged 75 and over who would benefit from regular monitoring at home.  As well as the benefits of VIP24 membership they receive a monthly ‘check-up’ visit from one of our Practice Nurses and can request up to 4 Home Visits a year from one of our GPs totally free of charge.

All memberships offer unlimited FREE surgery and telephone consultations within Surgery Hours, so whether you need to see a Doctor, speak to a Doctor, or even e-mail them, VIP Membership gives you the flexibility and freedom to have all of your consultations without the worry of additional costs. 

Please note however that services such as blood tests, medical procedures and x-rays will incur additional charges. Rates are available on request.

Membership Fees

You will be surprised how inexpensive it is to become a VIP.  You can even choose to spread the cost of your membership by monthly Direct Debit, making your healthcare a very affordable priority.  All we ask is that you sign up for a minimum period of 12 months, and renew on the same basis.

Appointments

While our standard surgery appointment is 30 minutes, we can offer shorter or longer appointments on request.  Standard telephone consultations are for 15 minutes.
