Our standard surgery appointment is 30 minutes, which enables us to offer a superior level of medical care. Standard telephone consultations are 15 minutes. It is our aim to enable a patient to see a GP on the same day, or if not, within 24 hours of the patient request.
We are open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and from 9am - 1pm on Saturday. These hours are designed to support our patients' busy lives – enabling you to arrange an appointment time that suits you.
Patients can either opt to become a VIP Member, or see us as a Non Member:
VIP Membership
VIP membership offers patients rapid access to our Doctors for general medical consultations. Wherever possible we will arrange an appointment for you within 24 hours. Members also receive a discount on a variety of chargeable services.
VIP Membership gives the freedom for patients to book consultations without the worry of additional costs. All memberships offer FREE Nurse and GP consultations within Surgery Hours. Please note however that services such as blood tests, medical procedures, medication and x-rays will incur additional charges.
