Be treated as a VIP
The majority of our patients are VIP Members, many of whom have been with us for years.
The VIP Membership Scheme encourages the development of a long term, well informed medical relationship. We believe this is extremely important in primary medical care. It also brings many other benefits, including:
- FREE in-surgery GP and Nurse Consultations during surgery hours, giving the freedom to book consultations without having to pay a fee each time.
- Priority access to our Doctors - wherever possible we arrange an appointment for you on the day, or within 24 hours.
- The option to call a GP at ANY time for advice and be visited at home if required.*
- Free administrative support, including referrals to specialists, completion of insurance forms and identity verification.
- Discounts on many of our chargeable services, including medical examinations and many medical procedures.
VIP Membership is surprisingly affordable - less than the cost of most local gym memberships. You can opt to pay your membership monthly via our continuous Direct Debit scheme, or pay annually and benefit from a discount. All we ask is that you join for a minimum of 12 months.
VIP Membership Options
We offer 3 types of membership:
VIP12 Membership - FREE in-surgery GP & Nurse Consultations during Surgery Hours
- FREE Telephone Consultations during Surgery Hours
- Entitlement to request home visits during Surgery Hours if required*
- Possibility of out of hours GP consultations (if requested during surgery hours. This is at the GP's discretion)*
VIP24 Membership
- FREE in-surgery GP & Nurse Consultations during Surgery Hours
- FREE Telephone Consultations at ANY time
- Access to a special Out of Hours phone number, straight to the Doctor-on-call #
- Entitlement to request home visits if required, and out of hours surgery consultations at ANY time*
VIP24+ Membership
- FREE in-surgery GP & Nurse Consultations during Surgery Hours
- FREE Telephone Consultations at ANY time
- FREE monthly monitoring home visits from a Nurse
- Entitlement to up to 4 FREE GP home visits during a membership year
- Access to a special Out of Hours phone number, straight to the Doctor-on-call #
- Entitlement to request additional home visits and out of hours surgery consultations at ANY time*
# Our out of hour's number is strictly for our VIP24 or VIP24+ members only, who are entitled to 24/7 care. This number is on your welcome/renewal paperwork from DOCTORnow and on the fridge magnet you were provided with when you became a VIP24 member.

* All home visits and out of hours surgery consultations incur additional fees - please refer to the Membership Form for details. Home visits are only available to VIP24 members living within a radius of 15 miles from the surgery.
