Be treated as a VIP
The majority of our patients are VIP Members, many of whom have been with us for years.
The VIP Membership Scheme encourages the development of a long term, well informed medical relationship.
VIP Membership is surprisingly affordable - less than the cost of most local gym memberships. You can opt to pay your membership monthly via our continuous Direct Debit scheme, or pay annually and benefit from a discount. All we ask is that you join for a minimum of 12 months.
Please note, a 'joining fee' applies to all new and rejoining lapsed members. Please see the Membership Form for more information.
VIP Membership Options
We offer 4 types of membership - here are their benefits:
VIPi Membership - suitable for patients with Health Insurance that covers GP and Nurse Consultations
- Priority access to our Doctors - wherever possible we arrange an appointment for you on the day, or within 24 hours.
- FREE telephone consulations, including access to a special Out of Hours phone number, straight to the Doctor-on-call.#
- Entitlement to request home visits if required, and out of hours surgery consultations at ANY time.*
- FREE administrative support, including prescription services, referrals to specialists, completion of insurance forms and identity verification.
VIP12 Membership
- FREE in-surgery GP and Nurse Consultations during surgery hours, giving the freedom to book consultations without having to pay a fee each time.
- FREE telephone consultations during surgery hours.
- Priority access to our Doctors - wherever possible we arrange an appointment for you on the day, or within 24 hours.
- Entitlement to request home visits during Surgery Hours if required.*
- Possibility of out of hours GP consultations (if requested during surgery hours, at the GP's discretion).*
- FREE administrative support, including prescription services, referrals to specialists, completion of insurance forms and identity verification.
- Discounts on many of our chargeable services, including medical examinations and many medical procedures.
VIP24 Membership
- FREE in-surgery GP and Nurse Consultations during surgery hours, giving the freedom to book consultations without having to pay a fee each time.
- Priority access to our Doctors - wherever possible we arrange an appointment for you on the day, or within 24 hours.
- FREE telephone consulations, including access to a special Out of Hours phone number, straight to the Doctor-on-call.#
- Entitlement to request home visits if required, and out of hours surgery consultations at ANY time.*
- FREE administrative support, including prescription services, referrals to specialists, completion of insurance forms and identity verification.
- Discounts on many of our chargeable services, including medical examinations and many medical procedures.
VIP24+ Membership
- FREE in-surgery GP and Nurse Consultations during surgery hours, giving the freedom to book consultations without having to pay a fee each time.
- FREE monthly monitoring home visits from a Nurse.
- Priority access to our Doctors - wherever possible we arrange an appointment for you on the day, or within 24 hours.
- FREE telephone consulations, including access to a special Out of Hours phone number, straight to the Doctor-on-call.#
- Entitlement to up to 4 FREE GP home visits during a membership year.
- Entitlement to request additional home visits if required, and out of hours surgery consultations at ANY time.*
- FREE administrative support, including prescription services, referrals to specialists, completion of insurance forms and identity verification.
- Discounts for VIP12, VIP24 and VIP24+ members on many of our chargeable services, including medical examinations and many medical procedures.
# Our out of hour's number is strictly for our VIPi, VIP24 and VIP24+ members only, who are entitled to 24/7 care. This number is on your welcome/renewal paperwork from DOCTORnow and on the fridge magnet you were provided with when you became a VIP member.
* All home visits and out of hours surgery consultations incur additional fees - please refer to the Membership Form for details. Home visits are only available to VIPi, VIP24 and VIP24+ members living within a radius of 15 miles from the surgery.
